Winemaker Notes:
Blending or “assemblage” is the winemaking technique that most clearly defines the styles of the world’s great wine regions. For this blend, we brought together three Old World grape varieties that have found homes in our unique corner of the New World
In 1899, a permanent structure at Camp Fossenvue was built as a gift to Elizabeth Smith Miller for her 77th birthday. This was named Queen’s Castle after Miller, who was dubbed “Queen of Fossenvue”.
