Where grasses ripple across the expansive Montezuma Wildlife Refuge in the Finger Lakes region, that’s where you’ll find Hidden Marsh Distillery. We are located at 2981 U.S. Route 20 in Seneca Falls within our Montezuma Winery facility. Custom-built in Germany, our 400-liter Christian Carl column pot still has 2 columns consisting of a 4-plate column for high end brandy production and a 21-plate column for premium vodka production. Being the first of its kind in the Finger Lakes region, we’re proud to be a pioneer in the field of artisan distilling in New York State. Each batch is a hands-on process and takes on a more artistic form producing high quality premium spirits. BEE Vodka is a unique hand-crafted vodka made from the purest honey in the Finger Lakes region. Triple-distilled in individual batches for a flawless finish, BEE Vodka is irresistibly smooth but never sweet. Crystal clear with exceptional character, it promises to bee something you’ve never experienced before 40% Alcohol (80 Proof). In addition to BEE Vodka, we distill brandy, whiskey and liqueurs from fresh, local ingredients.
